I had an accident in the state of florida in 1996, the state farm lawyer put a fr judgment on me and on my drivers license, it has been 13 years since this accident and I was wanting to get a delaware license, florida state wont take the suspension off because of the judgement, the state farm attorney won't work with me far as a decent down payment where I can afford, How do I go about getting a new driver license, I am at my witts end as she is holding my license hostage. I have called florida dmv and all they say is work something out with her but if she is not willing to work with me what are my rights?
