How Fotolog.com makes money?

Fotolog ranks 21 in Alexa. I assume that it would take 30-50 servers to run this site smoothly. It costs lot of money. I will be surprised if this site gets enough revenue just to meet the operating expenses and salary, because most of the services are free. There are no ads to monetize the site.

They do charge $5 for upgrade. I am not sure how many people actually pay for that upgrade.

I am wondering how fotolog.com makes money to survive? Any thoughts?

Don't forget the commercials and stores they have.  Combining it all together I guess they are making some money...
