Foreign players in Israel's national football team

Israel's Interior Affairs Ministry decided to grant Roberto Colautti and Toto Tamuz Israeli citizenships, so they'd be able to play for the Israeli national football team.

I know that  there are examples of such procedures in Israeli basketball (Brad Leaf, Lavan Mercer, Willy Simms), but I wonder if there was a foreign football player who got an Israeli citizenship in order to play for Israel's national team.

Work hard or go home.

I'm pretty sure Roberto Colautti an d Toto Tamuz are the only ones.
