It is called Sepak Takraw (Kick Volleyball) it is a very popular sport around east Asia.

Yeah Lots of names around the world It's used as a fun part of training by many professional soccer teams They also use a version played where the ball can only be struck by the head of the player - usually called "head tennis"
I know that it's already answered (takraw), but when I just wanted to reply because it's really cool to watch. I was in Thailand and watched some locals play, it's pretty amazing to watch how good they are on their feet.
