what are foods good for digestive system?
Everything I say can be fully substantiated by my own opinion.
Raw fruits & vegetables, whole grains, probiotic yogurts (like Activia & Yo-Plus) and lots of pure water.
All things as close to nature as possible. Veges and fruit, While grains. Avoid milk products, wheat for awhile to see if these are a problem (Gluten-free diet). Probiotics are great, but no the fluff at the grocery store (ie. activia etc.) Go for the real thing at a health food store...
