My personal favs are the non-starchy variety. Anything leafy and green. Fresh is a must and not cooked with any meat products. Cooking robs the nutrients. Natures way is best.

Hey Samantha,

    I haven't seen you in a long time. I'm with you on the cooked veggie thing. My parents use to boil veggies to death man. They were nothing but mush and very little taste, but the texture always kind a' freaked me out.....I was always in trouble at the dinner table.....
