Thanks for highlighting this issue.

The answers count that appears on the left actually represents questions that were answered, and not actual posts, as we count the first answer posted on a question. The logic is that not every comment or reply to someone should be count as an answer.

The terminology might be a bit confusing, but we are currently working on differentiating answers and comments, making them two different entities.
