The winter is only half way through, and I already got the flu twice. I wonder if I should start taking these food additives that, according to the ads, are good for the immune system. Are they any good?
It's always better to get vitamins from food itself and not from food additives. Most of the food additives that suppose to help the vaccination system contains a fair amount of vitamin C. You can eat fruits and vegetables reach in vitamin C like: Oranges, tomatoes and bananas. Another good way to prevent the next illness is to eat a lot of fish or fish oil.
