I am making homemade vanilla to sell at a holiday church fair. Can I make them in clear glass bottles to sell or must they be in brown glass bottles?

I presume you mean vanilla extract?
You're making it. Put it in whatever type of bottle you choose! If light affects the product and you choose to put it in a clear bottle, you should just advise buyers to keep it in in a cool, dark spot.
