Try buy what is on special each time you go and shop and look for 2 for 1 deals. Plan your meals around what is ion special in the grocery store that week.

Grow your own veggies and fruits! That is a great way to save. =) also, if you become more energy efficient it leaves more money to stash or put towards food. Plan out your meals before you go to the store, or buy in bulk. Energy saving tips are pretty easy and will cut your electricity bill in half. http://geothermalexpert.net/index.html
