My mother is going to Barcelona in a few days what special and rare food or food ingredient ( wine, spices etc. ) should I ask of her ?
I would recommend Cava-champagne of Catalonia. The sparkling wine from Catalonia is made in a region called Penedes. A lot of people are fooled into buying fake Cava this is how the cork should look like:
Gammon is great, if you eat pork (I'm not sure about the spelling!)
