Folic Acid intake

Good day, my name is Yolandi. I am 5 months and 3 weeks pregnant. I am takling the vitamine Chela Preg. It contains Folic Acid 500 mcg. The doctor also gave me a Folic Acid pill to drink. Is that save to do. It is a yellow orange colour pill, it doesn't say how much mcg that pill is. Can you plaese let me know?
