Where to find biggest brown trouts in the world?

The best place in my opinion is Patagonia, where you will probably meet quite a few fishermen from all over the world.
Unfortunately i won't be able to get away this year, but I'm still hoping to make it next season.
I don´t really know but this website says you can find brown trouts of a big size (7 to 10kg) in Patagonia.
