If the mg are the same, than there is no difference at all. It is like taking advil capsules or tablets. It's just a different form of pill. Check the dosage, and if it's the same then don't worry at all about there being a difference.
Thank you Sammyperl. I had thought that maybe the capsule was time released, but I was not sure. The dosage is the same. Thank you again for your answer.
