Flooring Planks Loose from Bad Glue, Lack of Curing

I installed flooring in my home in 2006, and the contractor used an improper glue that was not allowed to cure properly. I now have floor planks that pop throughout the bedroom area. Is there any alternative to removing the floor planks and re-installing? Could holes be made in the flooring and proper glue shot in? bobhanks@verizon.net
