Flip Video Camera

Does anyone have a good recommendation on a Flip Video Camera?  I love the idea of being able to just carry around a Flip Video Camera with me and it looks no bigger than a cell phone.  Just looking for the right one!  Thanks!

Hello Becky,

I have the Flip Ultra,HD and it's a fine little gadget. Watch the third link from the first answer and see what you can do with this. It's better than a cell phone for videos, comes with it's own software and it's easy to email clips, I did one about 2 minutes and it opened right away and didn't gag when I tried to upload it either. I got mine on Amazon, and they have a small $12 tripod that would help if you think of shooting more than just walking around snap shots.

I wish there was a remote so you didn't have to push the buttons when the camera was recording, it will show up on the video. Clips look good on my HD TV too. In low light situations, not good at all! If you are serious about your video, than this isn't probably for you, but if you want something that you can keep in a pocket and grab images when you're out and about and then email them or watch them on the HD TV, this is it,
