Flexibility

What is the most efficiant way to improve my flexibility. How long should a session last and how long should I hold the stretches ??

Most flexibility exercises are simple and generally well known. You can find instruction on doing them

right here. A session shouldn't take longer than 10 minutes, while you should hold each stretch for 8 seconds.
