Flavored Water vs. Regular Water

I'm a tennis instructor who is outdoors for 6-10 hours a day in the sun. I am usually so busy coaching that I forget to drink water, which I know is not such a good thing. When I do drink though I like to drink flavored water instead of regular water. Is flavored water ok for me to drink to keep me hydrated, or should I be drinking regular water instead??

Love is the battery of life....

Hi,
Not too much a difference between regular water and flavored water.... What bothers me is that you think "it is not such a good thing".... my friend, it is a VERY BAD THING !!!!!  you make an irreversable damage to your body.... You'll have to force yourself drinking (if you don't remember use an alarm clock to remind you....).  it's not a question weather you like it or not it's a MUST !!!! (specially as being a teniss teacher, lossing rivers of water).  By the way, you should teach it to your students (to drink regularly during the game).
Best regards,

You MUST get yourself into the habit to drink more often to replace the fluids lost because ofg physical activity and sweating. I think you would be better off to drink plain unflavored water or aerated water. Flavored water has so much sugar, coloring and flavoring that are actually harmful to a healthy body and a lot cheaper too.
