Flat Belly Diet

Have you heard of the flat belly diet?

Can I really get a flat belly just by changing what I eat?

I don't know about this particular diet, though it is a fact the way your body looks depends almost entirely on what you eat and your genes. There's little point in doing hundreds of crunches. Unfortunately, as a woman, your chances of getting the 6 pack look are next to none, unless you have great heritage.

I wouldn't dismiss abdominal workout though, there's more to it that just getting the flab off (which as I've said doesn't really do the trick anyway).

Hi,

Getting a flat belly has everything to do with what you eat. Eating the suitable amount of calories for you is the key to loosing weight and achieving a flat belly. You can get some professional help regarding the caloric intake you need per day and the foods you should try to eat more of. Add exercise to the plan and you're on your way to loosing a few extra pounds.

DON'T EXAGGERATE!!! It's really important to keep a healthy diet. Don't starve yourself or anything of the sort. A dietitian can be very helpful in planing a diet suitable for you.

Good luck.

The name "Flat Belly Diet" made me suspicious.  But the program seems for real.  I don't know if people will really be able to stick to a diet of 4 meals, 400 calories each, each meal including a "MUFA" food, plus 8 glasses of "Sassy Water" per day.  But if someone can stay disciplined, I imagine that this plan could work.

By the way, here's the Flat Belly Diet website.

It's not a bad diet, but you can't change your belly by what you eat. If you'll stick to this program and work out, I guarantee your belly will get flatter. Also, if you'll do any other diet and work out, the same thing will happened - as well as flatter ass and nicer thighs...

There's nothing we can do to target weight loss in specific area of the body. The name's just a good selling trick.
