I have a Seiko watch and it stopped working and I have the company's warranty. do I need to send it to japan for fixing it?
You give it to the shop where you bought it.
No, you should get to the nearest authorized customer service center, with the warranty, and be supported there.
Good Luck

You might first check whether the store where you bought the watch is a Seiko Authorized Service Center or Seiko appointed dealer. If it is, then you could take it there.
