I left a pair of Crocs shoes in a car on a sunny day, and one of them lost its shape. How can I fix it? I thought I'd use a hair dryer to warm it and then try to get it back to its original shape. Do you think it could work?
Crocs actually have a really good warranty and it makes sense for you to pay to send them to Colorado, they will send you new ones. You have to call the company and get the proper number for the exchange before you send them.
Thanks for the quick answer.
I'm afraid, though, that this was my bad: they explicitly say "don't leave your shoes in a car on a sunny day because the shoes are sensitive to heat" in the leaflets that comes with the shoes.
I believe authentic Crocs are made of malleable materials and are supposed to warm and soften with your body heat and mold to your feet. If you use the hair dryer to warm the one out of shape, you might also want to stuff it with tissue paper or a shoe shaper afterwards to try to get it back as close to its original shape as possible. Another solution might be to go back to the shoe store where you bought them and see if they can help:o)

Thanks, I think I'll try the hair dryer/paper combination -- it might work.
