Fitness tests

What's the ultimate fitness test? I'm looking for the one who will dominate who's fitter my brother or myself?. I don't care to take a bunch of tests.

the best way to dominate who's fitter need to combine a few test (as you suggested). ultimate fitness test must be triathlon it's include swimming, running and riding bicycles.

there are a few levels of difficulty "from kids of steel" till "iron man":

 you should choose one with your brother a level (I think that sprint or super sprint will be just fine and see who is the best).

I can't answer your question directly, but I can direct you to a site where you can get hold of many natural products that will give you a massive lead over most people when it comes to your own health and fitness? Setting a goal why you want to become physically fit will help you to stay on focus with your workout. There are probably lots of fitness testing that would suit you. But the best thing for you to do is to go to fitness gym and ask for the expert's opinions because they will give you the best fitness test that you are looking for.

I would say that triathlon is perfect. Yet there are many others as well. I think you should consult a trainer.

If you really want a challenge triathlons are the way to go but really these are all about stamina.  I have done one and the more stamina you have the better! http://www.i80equipment.com

Well there is only 1 ultimate fitness test. The Ironman Triathlon.

In the Ironman, the swimming portion is 2.4 miles, the biking portion is 112 miles, and the running portion is a full marathon, 26.2 miles. This is an intense and extremely challenging event which many participants do not finish. Held in the warm climate of Hawaii, the Ironman triathlons can be not only a test of training, but also a test of one's own determination.
