I am experiencing dry skin for 3 years and by ...

I am experiencing dry skin for 3 years and by taking 1000mg of enening primrose oil orally, help to improve the conditions. But 3months ago, at the advice of my doctor, I went through an operation to remove the uterus and the ovary, now, my dry skin become worse. Will double dose (2000mg) of evening primrose oil help to improve my dry skin??
