When can You Finance a Car

How old do you have to be to finance a car?

Can a person under 21 finance a car?

And someone 18?

Here's the rule of thumb:  if you are able to rent a rental car from some of the major rental companies in your state/province, you have reached the age where financing for a car can occur (dependent on credit history, etc.)

 

Best of luck and remember, as soon as you own that car, it loses value.  So hopefully it's worth getting into debt.

Yes can get car loan for the age below 21. Also there are student car loans available which have low interest rates compared to other auto loans.

You can also go for used car loan for being in budget.

I think thats the minimum requirement for a car loan.

Yes.  Someone 18 or 21 can finance a car.  You will need a co-signor on a loan to secure the loan in case you fail to pay the note payments.
