DR Seckel. I had a Blepharoplasty on my lower eyes. They were puffy. Now they are both hollow and im very mad. he took to much out.He did it from the inside of the eyes. I spoke to different doctors about adding some fat back in the lower eyes. All said it can look lumpy and doesn't look good. So i went on the internet and find Dr Frank Meronk he says he does Orbital Fat grafting with Pearls taken from your own body.
