Any reasonable arguement is acceptable at the court. The arguement "Fight or flight" is sure a very good arguement: It says in simple words something like: "There are situations where one has to decide, within frations of a second, to fight back or to run away" (please note that there are no other options, e.g: to negotiate)..... There can be a situation when someone really wishes to avoid something (and would prefer to resolve a problem in a peacefull way, but is forced to be in a "fight or flight" situation and choses to fight back (against his will)..... I believe it's a very strong arguement on the court. Hope you agree.
