The Fertility Diet: Real or Hoax?

Do you think changing your diet can increase your chances of conceiving?

There's this book entitled "The Fertility Diet", which sounds a little far fetched, but maybe I'm being a cynic and this stuff could actually work. Has anyone tried this successfully?

Love is the battery of life....

Hi,

I didn't read that specific book but it is well accepted and documented that certain diets can increase the chances of conceiving.  As far as I can remember a similar question was posted at Yedda some 2 months ago and was delt in details (If I have time I'll try to find it 4U).
Best regards,
