Feline Congestion

My large 7 yr old neutered male cat seems to be experiencing what sounds like lung congestion. He spent the cool night outdoors. He has a very sensitive stomach but otherwise is active and in good general health. Anything to worry about? He does have another brother and 2 sisters, again all in good health.
