Federal Interest Rate in 2007 - up or down?

What are the professional estimates regarding the Federal Interest Rates in 2007?  Will it go further up (beyond the current 5.25%), or is it expected to go down?  What do the financial experts estimate?  Are there recent online articles (from the last three months) that estimate, and explain why?

Interest rates will hold through the first quarter, then I expect to see a decline in rates as inflationary fears subside. But The changes will be minor. Our recent historic lows in regards to the fed rate are truly an anomaly. Thought rates will go down I doubt we will see lows like the past 4 years.

Answering a financial question is risky becuse someone could invest money based on my advice. If money was lost they would be unhappy.

Because of this, please do not ask me to answer money problems.
