Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.212-4 "Government's Convenience"

Has the Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.212-4 Clause (1) "Termination for the Government's convenience" ever been challenged by a contractor in a court of law?  Has a terminated contractor ever prevailed in a "dispute" based on this contractual clause?
