Father wants custody of daughter

How likely is it for a father to gain custody of his daughter when there is really nothing wrong with the mother, except that she hates the father? He just wants to be there for his daughter and he doesn't feel like his ex-wife will ever let him do that if he doesn't have full custody.

My husband got full custody of his child (my stepdaughter) based on a rule called "Parental Alienation" which means that the mother is promoting negativity to the child by talking bad about the father to the child.  Good Luck.

Love is the battery of life....

Hi,

The court asks only one question: From the child's point of view, with whom should she stay (what is better to her ?).  So if you want to get custody you'll have to convince the court that it is for your daughter's sake.....  That means you'll have to find good real reasons that will convince the court.
