Fast food restaurants standards

Do international fast food networks, such as Burger king, has also international standard regarding the maximum time for a meal to be served?

I know theses standards have a lot to do with health issues .A burger can not lay outside for too long since it develops bacteria such as coliform. There is an organization in charge of theses standards called "

FSIS".
