Pretty bad idea to make fast food a main source of your diet. I eat it once in a while but find that when i stay away from fast food, it doesnt really appeal to me. After you change your eating habits to include whole, fresh, foods...fast food kind of starts to turn you off.  Hopefully this will happen for you. Its just not healthy over time. In the final analysis our bodies really do crave the good stuff and reward us with energy and health when we eat it. Too bad the crap foods are so heavily marketed and readily, cheaply, available. Makes you wonder if they are in it with the drug companies.
