Too Much Fast Food?

I avoid going to fast food places. They are bad for one's health. So the answer is no.

As much as I hate to admit it, I probably eat fast food 3 to 5 times a week. It is not that I desire it as much as I only have a few minutes dashing from one place to the next.

On the very rare occasion that I am eating in one of the places, it occurs to me that I  have lost myself. I promise me that I will not do it again, but after several months, my will power sags and when I look down, I see a spicy bean burrito in my hand.

Fast food is a fat habit. I noticed that wherever in the world that Mac Donalds gets established, the people start to get fatter and fatter. Sales of the leading fat burner diet pill Proactol, take off in every country that starts to convert to eating fast foods.

How often do you find yourself eating fast food?
