Depending on age some precints have a scared straight program, or it may be in genes, some i believe are born bad.....If you dont straighten the kid out, sadly the streets or the police are left to teach the kid some valuable life lessons, some which arent pretty...Its rough..Good luck......The devil walks the earth....
