Family ripped apart while mother at work

They tried to say that they was being abused  boys was but they want they are mentally chalenged an theycharged my daughter for assult an battery just because she accidentally scratched my 19 year old on the neck and my 21 year old she hit him with a belt an put  wheps on his back  it was just one time it wasnt like someone was abusing  them  she got mad cause he poured her contacts down the sink after it happened she appoligized to them an told them she was sorry she felt bad for doing it the school called social service and they came to school an got them they gave them to my mom she sent them to school the next day when they got their they said they saw a mark on my 19 year old forehead that was because they had got a hair cut the night before someone else got custody of them the judge wouldnt let me get up and say anything because I didnt have a lawyer I had witnesses wit me but they wasnt called up to testify for me noone but my mom I dont understand why I couldnt testify for myself something need to be done because thats not right my sons was ordered to come to court but the social worker (sandy) said they wasnt able to talk for themselves they are very smart boys they can answer simple questions all they had to do was speak slowly to them so they can understand I cant afford to hire a lawyer wit a part time job
