Like everyone else has said, this is not illegal, as long as the step parent did not legally adopt the child, then there is no legal issue. But if so I am pretty sure there is. But on the other hand there is a large ICK factor to this inquiry! I mean I have a Step-Farther and could never ever think of him romantically! Ewwwwwwww! Same things go this people hooking up with their second and third cousins! There is nothing illegal about what your talking about, but with all the people in this country why is it necessary to marry anyone that was ever related to you? It just seems a little far out to me, although I know that it seems that everything goes in this day and age.If I was anyone thinking I would think twice about it. Sometimes too much familarity is bad for a relationship plus the age difference should matter too.
