Do many people enjoy Italian cooking?

It doesn't  seem to be the first choice of many people.

Why not ? I find it very easy, simple, tasteful and rich in tomatoes which are my favorite vegetables. If you are short on time whats is easier to make then a good "Spaghetti Napoletana".

I find that most of the people around me name either Italian or Asian as a favorite cuisine... It seems to me to be pretty popular, after all where would we be without pizza?

Why not?  Personally I have a fascination for Italian food.  It’s delicious, easy to prepare, inexpensive and wholesome.  Italian cuisine is fashioned after everyday soups, vegetables, breads and pasta dishes along with some holiday and dessert recipes from a unique area of the world. You judge after you try a few recipes found here:  http://www.flavorsandmemories.com/italian-antipasto-recipes.html
