If you owe back child support, the legal system can and will take whatever military sign-on bonus you will receive. I would suggest worrying less about what they will take from you and taking responsibility for the baby (or babies) you made and paying the necessary back child support as well as keeping up to date with current child support payments to the person who is caring for your child (or children).
