ok here is the thing my ex was jumped back in dec.06 and did not tell the DA the truth about what happened now the DA called me in to be a wiitness and the thing is i did tell them the truth about now the DA said now he may have to drop the case .....a few weeks ago my ex placed false charges on me (menacing) and i want to know what will the DA do about that????i still have to go to court but will the DA belive him????
