I bet your problem now is that you dont have any shape.
When you lose weight with a calorie restricted diet and fill your body with "whatever" you can lose weight, but it wont be healthy.
I have worked with a lot of bodybuilders / fitness and figure competitors who know how the body reacts to different foods, and what most people dont understand is that most people arent eating enough calories of THE RIGHT KIND. They are starving themselves of what the body actually wants, and filling it with stuff that the body has nothing it can do with.
