It sounds like when you have to meet and interact with people you don't know, you have a sort of panic attack. This isn't that abnormal... but if you want all of this to stop happening to you, I suggest you start seeing a psychologist, so that he/she can help you to overcome this. There is no shame in seeing someone that can help you. I think that you can really overcome this... you just have to want to and to do what it takes.
