Is there a Facebook Advertising Interface for Agencies to manage multiple clients and campaigns (especially funding sources)?
Facebook does have an agency interface similar to Google's MCC accounts for Adwords. Its not near as mature and is only available on a limited basis. Facebook assembled an agency sales team and they've been calling around engaging with agencies and getting them set-up with what they call a "Business Account."
On an additional note, Facebook is currently beta testing some new advertising API's that should lead to some other great third-party tools for managing multiple accounts.
