FWBs without attachment?

Is it realistic to think that I can have a FWB without getting emotionally attached? Is it more difficult for women to separate the physical and the emotional?

And how are you feeling today?

I think it's difficult for anyone (male or female) to be in a physical relationship without it turning emotional on one's part. Being friends with benefits is likely to ruin a friendship. So it's worth waying the risks before starting anything sexual.

Can't resist a woman with a very sexy body!

I think it is possible but there is a high risk that at least someone will get attached emotionally. So if you have a "physical only" relationship be honest about your feelings and intentions.

I beleive it is possible.  My fwb and I are great friends, I know that he's there when I need him, but he's also someone that I wouldn't be interested in.  He fulfills a need, provides a great friendship and that is all we ask of each other.  Good Luck!

i honestly think that fwbs are just a waste of time because being a female you are more likely to get attatched only because the female is one to always wonder who THE ONE is more than males. If you were to read cosmo magazine they do alot of polls on the female mind and also you might catch a few on the male mind. But also keep in mind you are messing with a great friendship if you have an fwb,and dont forget that your fwb might just have another fwb... Good luck!

Yes. Two consenting adults can have fun and go their separate ways.
