You know a lot of free hosting companies give you a really hard time with having the site down a lot.  if your site is not a commercial based, than I guess you don't care, but in that case you really don't have to build a site, you can build a blog.  It is a lot easier.

However, if you really want to get a commercial site up meaning, make money of it. Than you really need to get a good host such as Hostgator.  They give you unlimited sites to be hosted.  Unlimited e-mail accounts, but the best of all is that in 6 months i have been using them I only had 1 of my sites down and that was for 30 min.  I sent them an e-mail they fixed the problem RIGHT AWAY since they have live customer service and I was back in business.  This is just my suggestion.
