Can a FOREX account be opened from a financal consultant working for a broker/dealer?

I am a financial consultant working fo a broker/dealer. Can I open a FOREX account or as a financial consultant working for a broker/dealer I am barred from rules and regulations?

You aren't barred from personally investing but you are barred from acting unethically or using insider information.

Your frim my have had you sign a non-conflict agreement barring you from trading specific instruments, markets, etc.

You would wish, however, to avoid even the appearance of impropriety, as this would cause at minimum a hearing.

You can very easily make your account with any financial consultant and it is perfectly legal. This is because thats your personal account and you can actually open it anywhere and with whom you like.

The one i would recommend is Finexo as these people are quite efficient in their services with minimal rules and regulations.
