CoolThe trick to a crunchy batter is not difficult: Good for chicken or any thing else like shrimp or fish:

Use your favorite batter recipe.

Now crush up one cup of corn flakes and add one half teaspoon of coconut....crush the two together....Now dip your items in your favorite batter and a final twist roll in this mixture....Crispy is neat!

Have fun////.......Blessings....Annlee

Thanks Annlee.   This sounds like it would be especially good with shrimp because of the coconut .  ( I LOVE coconut shrimp)!
