What/where do I find the construction specifications for a home that will receive FHA financing? Paticularly the carpet.
I know a Real Estate office has this info because they sell them and need to know this.

Probably any lending institution that handles FHA loans would have one. Do you already have it approved? If so ask them, they should have the answers to everything you need to know.

I would google FHA specifications for your city, state and then go from their website. I know things are different in most states on rules and regulations. Try that and you will be amazed at what google can help you find... Gregory H. Las Vegas
