Is this FFXI Guide Site Any Good?

The other day after getting frustrated with FFXI Online I decided to see if I couldn't find some guides to help me become better at the game. I came across this site http://www.hiddenstuff.com/ which looks like a really good resource! Does anyone else know anything about this? Is this site good? Thanks in advance!
