Everything I say can be fully substantiated by my own opinion.

It can depend on which Hepatitis virus the person has.  A & E are most likely to be transmitted by this kind of activity.  B, C & D typically spread through blood interaction.  B can, also, be transmitted sexually.

Whichever virus we're talking about, hygienic precautions should be observed. (Frequent handwashing, no coughing/sneezing around prep area, no test-tasting the food and reusing the unwashed utensil to serve it)

Life is what you make of it so don´t wait for a free ride, it nevers comes.

Are you for real? This is one of the dumbest questions I have ever been asked.  If you have  hepatitism what form do you have, B or C. Are you a carrier or a victum. The best answer is ASK YOUR DOCTOR or any DOCTOR if you are a danger to your family or for that matter to anyone. I hope your are being treated medicaly and if not then run don´t walk to your local doctor for treatment. Don´t ever ask for information such as this on internet but only from professional help. That is the best advice I can give you. I wish you well.
